PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient abnormality notification system detecting a patient tumbling and falling-down from a bed, and notifying abnormality to a nurse or the like. SOLUTION: This patient abnormality notification system 1 is provided with a mobile transmitter 2 attached to the each patient, a receiver 3 installed in a plurality of portions in a ward, and a centralized monitor 4 installed in a nurse center in each floor. The mobile transmitter 2 detects an acceleration of the patient, a pulse wave, a pulsation, a heart beat, an electrocardoic state, blood pressure and a blood oxygen saturation of the patient, detects the abnormality of the patient, based thereon, and transmits an abnormality detection signal 2a by a radio wave. The receiver 3 receiving the signal images a room by a camera 31, and transmits an abnormality notification signal 3a to the centralized monitor 4.
