PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device capable of freely switching adjustment of a viewing angle and/or focus by remote control to an enabled/disabled state, and a lens system equipped with the lens device. SOLUTION: The lens device 100 equipped with a zoom moving mechanism 30 moving a zoom group and a focus moving mechanism 40 moving a focus group is equipped with: a zoom drive section 10 that moves the zoom group in an optical axis direction through the zoom moving mechanism; a focus drive section 20 that moves the focus group in the optical axis direction through the focus moving mechanism; a receiving section 60 that receives an operation signal for remote-controlling the zoom drive section and the focus drive section; and a control section 80 that generates a control signal for controlling the zoom drive section and the focus drive section based on the operation signal. The receiving section is provided with a switching means 62 switching the reception of the operation signal to an enabled or disabled state by shutting off the operation signal.
