A fine bubble generating device having an aroma function is provided to emit fine bubbles and aroma at the same time to enable a user to use an aroma therapy simultaneously. A fine bubble generating device to which aroma is added is equipped with a device for adding aroma in a suction portion to emit fine bubbles and aroma at the same time.
