<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic arm support simply used by persons with decreased arm function. <P>SOLUTION: This arm support includes an arm support element 3 connected to a lift device 1 via a connection device. The arm support element 3 has the length direction between a front end and a rear end and is connected to the connection device via a tilt axis E positioned between the front end and the rear end in a plan view.
