<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a weight increase accompanied by the enlargement of a diameter of a sun gear and miniaturize a planetary gear set in the planetary gear set constituting a transmission mechanism of an automatic transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A thin wall 313 having a smaller axial direction thickness than the axial direction dimension of a fitting part 311, and a meshing part 335 is formed between the spline fitting part 311 with an input shaft 4 at an inner circumference and the meshing part 312 with a pinion 32 at the outer circumference of a sun gear 31 of the planetary gear set 30. An extended member 315 connected to the inside of a front side plate 331 of a carrier 33 is bent to approach the front side surface of the thin wall 313 of the sun gear 31 to overlap the fitting part 311 and the meshing part 312 in an axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
