A spectroscopy technology based non-invasive blood glucose measurement system and measurement method, the measurement system comprising: an infrared light emission module (10), for emitting preset-wavelength infrared light to a measurement site; a concentrator module (20), for concentrating the preset-wavelength infrared light emitted by the infrared light emission module (10); an infrared light receiver module (30), for receiving an infrared spectroscopy signal after the preset-wavelength infrared light attenuates, and converting the received infrared spectroscopy signal to an analog electrical signal; a signal conversion and processing module (40), for analyzing and calculating to obtain a measuring result of human blood glucose concentration after the analog electrical signal is converted to a digital signal; a first driving module (50), for adjusting positions of the infrared light emission module (10) and the infrared light receiver module (30) to determine a position having maximum absorption rate of the preset-wavelength infrared light to be the measurement site. The above measurement system and measurement method addresses the problems of a poor precision, a low solution, and a low measurement repeatability in current non-invasive blood glucose measurement methods. |
