摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control system capable of improving recycling properties of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: A charge control system 201 includes; a charge/discharge control circuit 203 that charges a lithium ion secondary battery 204 to a charge termination voltage, an arithmetic processing part 205 that determines whether the battery state of the lithium ion secondary battery 204 satisfies prescribed charge termination voltage changing conditions when the battery voltage of the lithium ion secondary battery 204 reached the charge termination voltage V0 by charging with the charge/discharge control circuit 203, a charge termination voltage correction section 202 that changes the charge termination voltage to a higher charge termination voltage when the battery state of the lithium ion secondary battery 204 is determined to satisfy the prescribed charge termination changing conditions by the arithmetic processing part 205.
