A full automatic brewed coffee machine including a temperature difference correcting unit and a method for correcting a temperature difference in the same according to the present invention have effects of enabling those who drink brewed coffee using the full automatic brewed coffee machine to drink high quality brewed coffee which is accurately roasted to a desired set temperature by inspecting a temperature difference between a temperature sensor of an apparatus and a board of the apparatus at room temperature, corresponding a temperature of the sensor of the apparatus to that of the board of the apparatus if there is the temperature difference, inspecting a difference between a set coffee bean discharge temperature value of the sensor and an actual coffee bean discharge operating temperature value of an assembling completed machine, and adjusting the temperature difference upward or downward such that the temperature difference can be corrected if there is the difference. Further, a full automatic brewed coffee machine including a temperature difference correcting unit and a method for correcting a temperature difference in the same according to the present invention are capable of preventing an A/S (after service) flooding problem as well as reliability for the full automatic brewed coffee machine. A full automatic brewed coffee machine according to the present invention includes: a roasting unit (100) in which a predetermined amount of green bean is contained to roast the green bean for a predetermined time; a grinding unit (200) in which the roasted bean is contained, and which grinds the roasted bean to a predetermined particle size; a drip unit (300) which supplies hot water to the ground bean powder to provide brewed coffee; and a control unit (400) which controls roasting temperature, roasting time, coffee bean discharge timing, and others, controls grinding particle size of the roasted coffee bean in the grinding unit (200), and controls temperature and flow of hot water flown into the drip unit (300).
