Disclosed are a packaging apparatus and a method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the packaging apparatus comprises: a liquid spreading and rolling part which spreads liquid to a base material and rolls the base material; a positioning part which positions the base material on a packaging film; a center sealing part which folds the packaging film in a longitudinal direction of the base material to allow both ends of the packaging film to touch each other, sealing both ends of the packaging film; and an end sealing part which seals a front and rear open ends of the packaging film having the sealed center. As such, the present invention packs wet tissue without a labor force by automatically rolling the wet tissue and sealing the packaging film. |
