The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bag for cell culture whereby a cell-containing liquid containing floating cells, pluripotent stem cells, etc. at a high concentration and showing a high viable cell ratio can be prepared. A bag for cell culture that is provided with a bag-shaped container formed of a tetrafluoroethylene (TFE)-hexafluoropropylene (HFP) copolymer, wherein: the surface roughness of the inner surface of the bag-shaped container is 3.5-6.5 nm as an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra); the surface roughness of the inner surface of the bag-shaped container is 4.5-8.0 nm as a mean square roughness (RMS); and the surface free energy of the inner surface of the bag-shaped container is 16.5-18.5 (mJ/m2). When human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC cells) are cultured in the bag-shaped container of the bag for cell culture, the floating state of the cells is improved and thus pluripotent stem cells are efficiently induced so that a pluripotent stem cell suspension having a high concentration and a high viable cell ratio can be prepared. Therefore, a high-quality cell suspension usable for transplantation in regenerative medicine can be provided.
