<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pour spout container with a cap, which is constituted not to be opened with easy operation without being limited in material of the container. <P>SOLUTION: The pour spout container with a cap has: a container body 1 which has a mouth part 4; a spout stopper 5 which is fixed to the mouth part 4; the cap 11 which has a top wall 12 and whose outer cylindrical wall 13 detachably meshed with the outer cylindrical wall 6 of the spout stopper is suspended to form a housing space R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>for the spout stopper 5; and a slider 15 which can move up and down while surrounding the outer cylindrical wall 13 of the cap. A flange part 17 is provided to the outer cylindrical wall 6 of the spout stopper, and rotating operation means D<SB POS="POST">4</SB>are provided to the flange part 17 and the slider 15 respectively, the rotating operation means comprising projecting and recessed parts, which prevent the rotation of the cap 11 by butting against each other in a peripheral direction to be engaged with each other, when the flange part 17 and the slider 15 are lowered relative to the cap 11, and meanwhile, allow the rotation of the cap 11 when they are drawn up with respect to the cap 11.
