<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder sintering laminating method by which the influence of produced fume is suppressed as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped article includes repeating, in a chamber 50, (i) a process for forming a solidified layer by irradiating the predetermined portion of a powder layer with a light beam so as to sinter or to melt and solidify the powder in the predetermined portion and (ii) a process for forming a new powder layer on the obtained solidified layer and irradiating the predetermined portion of the new powder layer with a light beam to form another solidified layer 24. The method is characterized by providing a cylindrical member 80 surrounding a space region at the lower part of a light-transmitting window 52 provided to the chamber, and supplying a gas 90 of a temperature or kind different from the atmosphere in the chamber to the inside of the cylindrical member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
