Disclosed in the present invention are a resource scheduling method and device, comprising: a receiving end receives preamble codes sent by a sending end device, wherein the preamble codes comprises a traditional preamble code and an efficient preamble code, and the efficient preamble code carries resource allocation mode indication information, user group and user scheduling indication information; scheduled users and the scheduling sequence of the receiving end in the scheduled users are determined according to the user group and the user scheduling indication information, and the resources scheduled to the receiving end is determined according to the scheduling sequence of the receiving end in the scheduled users and the resource allocation mode indication information. A solution is given on how to schedule users in 802.11ax, generally saving overhead.
