The flexible substrate comprises a first film layer and a second film layer, and further comprises a first flexible layer and a second flexible layer, wherein the first film layer and the second film layer are located between the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer; the first film layer is combined with the first flexible layer; the second film layer is combined with the second flexible layer; when the flexible substrate is bent towards a first side, the first film layer and the second film layer can be in mutual contact to form an electric connection along the bending of the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer; when the flexible substrate is bent towards a second side or is not bent, the first film layer and the second film layer can be mutually separated along the bending or the unbending of the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer, and the electric connection is disconnected. The problem that inner devices are damaged when the flexible display panel is bent can be solved.
