The present invention relates to a plasticizer composition, a resin composition, and methods for preparing the same. The present invention can provide: a plasticizer composition capable of improving physical properties required for a plasticizer composition contained in a vinyl chloride-based resin composition, such as plasticizing efficiency, weight loss on heating, and migration resistance, to equivalent or higher levels compared with existing plasticizer compositions, and a resin composition comprising the same.
