PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor device that can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: An optical semiconductor device comprises: a supporting body that includes a first surface and a second surface at one side; light-emitting means disposed on the first surface; and light reception means disposed on the second surface. The supporting body has a first wall surface surrounding the light-emitting means in a plan view and having an inclination angle to the first surface. With respect to the inclination angle of the first wall surface, an inclination angle at a first portion located so as to sandwich the light-emitting means together with the light reception means in a plan view is less than an inclination angle at a second portion between the light-emitting means and the light reception means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
