PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable operation of a water treatment installation by preventing a measuring instrument or a control device from stopping when power supply from a power plant becomes insufficient due to a large disaster.SOLUTION: A water treatment installation for treating treatment-target water includes: a treatment part; a measurement part configured to measure a water quality or water quantity of the treatment-target water; a control part configured to control a treatment condition of the treatment-target water; and a power generation part provided for the treatment part and configured to generate power by running of the treatment-target water.
