HIGH MOLECULAR IMPREGNATE COMPLEX SEPARATING FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high molecular impregnate complex separating film for separating vapor and a manufacturing method for the complex separating film are provided to be used in a high temperature process. CONSTITUTION: A separating film is manufactured by: preparing a high molecular liquid having a fluid property in a high molecular material dissolved solution or in a normal temperature; dipping a porosity inorganic supporter to the high molecular material dissolved solution or liquid; maintaining for the high molecular material being impregnated sufficiently to the air holes of the inorganic material; and taking out the inorganic supporter from the high molecular solution or liquid. Herein, a borosilicate glass is used as the inorganic supporter, and a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), a polystyrene(PS), and a polyethylene(PE) as the high molecular material.
