PURPOSE: A cage winch is provided to reduce the abrasion of a guide screw and the load and an eccentric wear fed to the guide screw by dispersing the tensile force against a mobile pulley to both sides. CONSTITUTION: The winch device has a structure that one drum(24) is installed to possibly revolve on the main body of the device and a four-line wire rope(w1-w4) can be lineup-wound in case of using the four-line wire rope. For this, the four-line wire rope is connected with a pair of route changing pulley(27a, 27b) in a two row, placed on the lower end of the left and the right sides of the gondola through a single arm or a multi-stage arm(53), and the wire rope is connected to wind up onto the single drum through the mobile pulley moving in parallel with the drum.
