PURPOSE: An output buffer and its buffering method are used to an integrated circuit(IC). CONSTITUTION: An output buffer(10) buffers an input data, and outputs the buffered input data as an output data. The first to 2N-th delay parts(32¯38), delay the input data by 2N times, and sequentially output each delayed data at an interval of a time lag T/2N. A data output part(40) responds to many outputs of the first to 2N-th delay parts, and outputs the output data. Here, N is an integer over 2, and T is needed to a level shifting of an output data. Thereby, a ground bouncing and data noises and data distortion can be minimized, and a transmission delay time is properly adjusted.
