AC/DC MICROWAVE OVEN HAVING INPUT POWER AUTOMATIC SWITCHING FUNCTION AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: AC/DC microwave oven uses AC power or DC power, automatically selects any one input power when receiving AC power and DC power at the same time, and has an input power automatic switching function. CONSTITUTION: AC/DC microwave oven includes a converter(100), a high voltage transformer(200), and a magnetron(MGT). The AC/DC microwave oven includes an input power detector for detecting an input power through a voltage or current flowing DC power side and AC power side. A microcomputer(310) detects an input power through voltage or current of DC power side or AC power side, and selectively operates power relays(RY1,RY2) of DC and AC power sides. Thereby, the microwave oven is effectively driven, a simultaneous input of AC power and DC power is prevented, and a malfunction of the microwave oven is also prevented.
