PURPOSE: Polymer resin film production device is provided to manufacture high quality film rapidly by controlling the thickness of the waterproof film formed on a casting drum evenly. CONSTITUTION: Polymer resin film production device comprises a molten sheet forming die, a water film forming device, a casting drum(500) and a stripper(600); a steam production part(100) includes a heater, an ultra sonic wave generator(146) a heating tank equipped with a water level sensor to generate steam; a steam supply tube(20) to transport produced steam to the surface of the casting drum and a steam pulverizing nozzle(300) of which one end is connected with the steam supply tube(200) and the other end is opened to the casting drum(500).
