PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic attraction ink recorder in which a high quality print can be realized even in the case of a long type. SOLUTION: The ink recorder comprises a support having a slit-like opening 8 and communicating with the opening to form a liquid chamber 7 to be filled with ink, a power supply body 3 which can supply charges to the ink, a counter electrode 4 disposed oppositely to the opening, a driving power supply circuit 6 for applying a voltage between the power supply body 3 and the counter electrode, and a recording position altering means 9. The support comprises two planar members 1a, 1b and a gap structure 2 and recording with higher quality is ensured by realizing a uniform slit-like opening 8.
