PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic device capable of prolonging lives of electrodes by making a progress of dissolution of electrodes in accordance with electrolysis slow. SOLUTION: In an electrolytic device 1, while a negative electrode 23 out of a positive electrode 22 and the negative electrode 24 impressed direct current voltage for electrolysis, is revolved with a motor 24, when substance in a liquid to be treated fed to a main body 21 is electrolyzed, both electrodes are uniformly dissolved then the service lives of both electrodes are prolonged.
