<p>A cooling and heating device (10) capable of cooling and heating simultaneously using compressed air and being reduced in size and weight, comprising an air intake pipe (11) leading compressed air therein, a cool air generating part (12) converting the air flown in from the air intake pipe (11) into a spiral air flow and delivering the axial part air flow of the spiral air flow and a warm air generating part (13) delivering the outer peripheral part air flow of the spiral air flow, wherein a spiral air flow is produced in a spiral flow producing pipe (14) by the compressed air flown in from the air intake pipe (11), cool axial part air flow is delivered from a cool air delivery pipe (15), and warm peripheral part air flow is delivered from a warm air delivery port (19), whereby, the temperature of the heated outer peripheral air flow can be further increased and the heated air can be delivered from the warm air delivery pipe (16) by providing a boosting member (17) for increasing the pressure of the outer peripheral part air flow in the warm air delivery pipe (16).</p> |
