PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe dealing with finer pitches, and causing a comparatively large current to flow with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This probe P is held in a through hole 112 in a probe holder 110, and is composed of a metal wire rod 200. In the wire rod 200 in its axial direction, a first pressure contact portion 212, a spring portion 242 connected to the first portion 212, and a second pressure contact portion 244 connected to the spring portion 242 are integrally formed.
