PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of heating uniformly the whole transmission window 31 at a high temperature, without affecting other members and equipment. SOLUTION: This gas analyzer 1 for analyzing a gas sample by detecting a light from the transmission window 31 provided in a measuring cell 3 supplied with the gas sample is provided with a film-like heating body 61 formed by vapor deposition onto the transmission window 31, and a pair of electrodes contacting with the film-like heating body 61 and provided opposedly.
