<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element having high power generation efficiency, no issue of corrosion, and applicable to a substrate having low heat resistance and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element is constituted in such a way that a photocatalyst film 8 dyed with photosensitized dye is formed on one surface of a transparent substrate 1 through a transparent conductive film 2 to compose an electrode 10, two electrodes 10 are faced, a counter electrode 11 is arranged between these electrodes, the counter electrode is composed by installing brushy carbon nanotubes 5 practically vertically orientated on the surface of the substrate through a conductive adhesive layer 7 which covers the whole of a non-opening part of a substrate 4 for the counter electrode having two or more opening parts 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
