PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/stirring apparatus that can improve mixing in the whole inner surface of a pot concerning general food materials.SOLUTION: The heating/stirring apparatus is characterized in that it includes: a pot 3 for injecting, stirring, and cooking food while heating it; a main driving shaft 5 for stirring which is provided on the upper side of the pot 3 and rotatably driven by a driving source; a first stirring rotating part 7 which is supported on the main driving shaft 5 for stirring and which rotates around the main driving shaft 5 for stirring; a stirring driving shaft 9 which is rotatably supported on the first stirring rotating part 7 around the main driving shaft 5 for stirring, which rotates by being structured interlocked with the main driving shaft 5 for stirring, and which revolves by the rotation of the first stirring rotating part 7; a second stirring rotating part 11 which is supported on the stirring driving shaft 9 and which rotates around the driving shaft 9 for stirring; a plurality of types of inner stirring bars 13, 15, 17 which are installed through the second stirring rotating part 11 around the stirring driving shaft 9 and which revolve around the stirring driving shaft 9; and an outer stirring bar 19 which is supported on the first stirring rotating part 7 side and which revolvingly moves on the outer peripheral side inside the pot 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
