According to the present invention, a two-layered knitted fabric in which a first knitted fabric and a second knitted fabric face each other is knitted by means of a knitting device having at least a pair of needle beds disposed in the front and the rear thereof, in which one of the needle bed can be laterally moved with respect to the other needle bed. An end thread-moving stitch for moving an end thread of a knitted fabric end part is formed on the outside of the two-layered knitted fabric before a release-preventing stitch is formed when a thread feeding is performed and after a release-preventing stitch is formed when a thread withdrawing is performed. The end thread-moving stitch is moved on the needle beds into the two-layered knitted fabric through the inside of the two-layered knitted fabric to be supported on needles of the needle beds within a knitted width of the two-layered knitted fabric. The end thread is inserted in the two-layered knitted fabric. Since the end thread can be inserted in the two-layered knitted fabric, the end tread does not have to be inserted in the two-layered knitted fabric. |
