PURPOSE: A method for improving dispersity of illite in a polymer is provided to improve the dispersity of illite through a reaction with an amine-based compound-containing composite solution and a fluoric acid solution. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving dispersity of illite in a polymer comprises: a first step of preparing a composite solution by adding a silane-based compound to a solvent; a second step of adding illite to the composite solution and conducting a reaction; and a third step of cleaning and drying illite which is reacted with the composite solution through the second step; and an additional fourth step of adding fluorine gas to the illite to conduct a reaction.
