<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface sheet for absorbent articles in which fibers located at a boundary with embossed recesses are juxtaposed and which have an erecting property. <P>SOLUTION: This surface sheet for absorbent articles includes, in a skin contact surface side, a plurality of linear embossed recesses 11; and a plurality of compartment zones compartmented by the plurality of embossed recesses 11, the compartment zone including a projection 14 including heat-stretching fibers erecting towards the skin contact surface side. Intersections of the plurality of embossed recesses 11 enclosing the compartment zones may be an arc shape projecting towards the intersections in plan view, the intersection angle may be an obtuse angle, or the plurality of embossed recesses 11 enclosing the compartment zones may be formed of line segments, and the adjacent embossed recesses 11 are not intersected with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
