<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately cut off the runner part from the product part of a molding finished lead frame. <P>SOLUTION: Support mechanisms 1 and 2 support a molding finished lead frame 20 whose product part 22 having an integrated circuit encapsulated therein by a sealing material is joined to a runner part 23 via a gate part 24 in such a way that a point 28 at which a first product part 26 of the product part 22 is orthogonally projected to a straight line 17 which is parallel to a movement direction 12 will be located closer to the movement direction 12 side than a point 29 at which a second product part 27 more apart from the gate part 24 than the first product part 26 is orthogonally projected to the straight line 17. A punch 3 pushes the runner part 23 as it moves in the movement direction 12 relative to the support mechanisms 1 and 2.
