METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ACCESSING DATA VISITOR DIRECTORY IN MULTI-CORE SYSTEM

Disclosed are a method for accessing a data visitor directory in a multi-core system, a directory cache device, a multi-core system and a directory storage unit. The method comprises: receiving a first access request sent by a first processor core, the first access request being used for accessing a table entry, corresponding to a first data block, in a directory; determining that a first single-pointer table entry corresponding to the first data block exists in a single-pointer table entry array according to the first access request; and when it is determined that a first shared table entry associated with the first single-pointer table entry exists in a shared table entry array according to the first single-pointer table entry, determining a plurality of visitors of the first data block according to the first shared table entry. The embodiments of the present invention can save storage resources occupied by a directory.
