PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to maximize consumable power for driving the motor and a damping characteristic against external shock. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly(100) includes a shaft(110), a sleeve(120) and a damping portion(150). The shaft includes a first magnet(115). The sleeve includes a second magnet(125). The second magnet supports the shaft. The second magnet faces the first magnet. A damping portion damps the vibration of the first and second magnets. The damping portion is arranged in the position where the magnetic flux density of the first and second magnets is maximal. |
