PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet high in adhesive strength with an adherend and also high in heat resistance, in which the thermal conductivity of an insulating layer is increased.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield sheet includes an insulating layer containing a binder resin (A) and a thermally conductive filler (B) and a conductive layer which are laminated therein. In the electromagnetic wave shield sheet, the percentage of the thermally conductive filler (B) in the insulating layer is 60 vol.% or more, and the thermally conductive filler (B) contains boron nitride with an average particle size of 2 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
