PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal analysis device and method with which it is possible to easily remove an unwanted signal and execute a wideband frequency measurement using an inexpensive hardware.SOLUTION: A signal analysis device comprises: a frequency shift unit 17 which, regarding first frequency domain data obtained by frequency-converting a signal to be measured by a frequency fand second frequency domain data obtained by frequency-converting the signal to be measured by a frequency f, shifts at least one of the first frequency domain data and the second frequency domain data on a frequency axis and output it so that the frequency of the first frequency domain data is relatively higher or lower than the frequency of the second frequency domain data by a frequency difference in terms of absolute value between the frequency fand the frequency f; and a frequency component extraction unit 18 for extracting a frequency component from the signal to be measured on the basis of comparison between the first frequency domain data outputted from the frequency shift unit 17 and the second frequency domain data outputted from the frequency shift unit 17 to output it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
