(i) a first isolated polypeptide comprising an IgG Fc region that is sialylated; or (ii) a second isolated polypeptide comprising a modified sequence that is at least 75% identical to the IgG Fc region or a nucleic acid encoding the second polypeptide, wherein the modified sequence has a FA241 mutation.
