PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system which can reduce a pressure loss in a hot water discharge pipe, and can obtain hot water at a target hot water supply temperature stably by preventing fluctuation of a hot water supply temperature.SOLUTION: A hot water supply system includes: a hot water/water mixing valve 28 arranged at a connection part between a hot water discharge pipe 17 and a water supply pipe 18; a mixing temperature adjusting control means 40 which adjusts a mixing ratio of hot water in the hot water discharge pipe 17 and water in the water supply pipe 18, based on a target hot water supply temperature by controlling the hot water/water mixing valve 28; and an opening changing means 41 which changes an opening on a hot water discharge pipe 17 side of the hot water/water mixing valve 28 which is controlled by the mixing temperature adjusting control means 40 to a predetermined opening other than a fully opened state when hot water shortage is detected by a hot water shortage detection means 35. The opening changing means 41 changes the opening on the hot water discharge pipe 17 side of the hot water/water mixing valve 28 gradually at a speed by which reheating operation of a combustion water heater 3 can follow a temperature change of hot water in accordance with an opening change on the hot water discharge pipe 17 side. |
