The long connection management apparatus establishes a corresponding connection pool by taking [domain name/IP address: port] as a keyword according to the history record of HTTP communication, and configures the number of idle long connections and busy long connections in the connection pool according to the frequency of accessing a WAP website identified by [domain name/IP address: port]; when it needs to establish a link between WAP gateway and WAP website, the long connection management apparatus searches for the corresponding connection pool according to [domain name/IP address: port] of the access request, and if the corresponding connection pool is searched out, it allocates an idle long connection to the access request in the connection pool and informs the HTTP module to use the allocated idle long connection to establish a link to perform HTTP communication with the WAP website identified by [domain name/IP address: port]. |
