PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of regulating the temperature of air in a car with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: An elevator system 10 comprises: a vortex-flow air-conditioning unit 16 generating a vortex flow rotating at high speed using compressed air flowing therein from a compressor 24 compressing the air, including a warm-air discharge port 30 discharging the air in an outer peripheral portion of the vortex flow at a higher temperature than a temperature of the air in a central portion of the vortex flow and a cold-air discharge port 34 discharging the air in the central portion at the low temperature, and provided on a car 14; and a buffer tank section 18 including at least one of a warm-air buffer tank 36 storing the warm air discharged from the warm-air discharge port 30 and a cold-air buffer tank 38 storing the cold air discharged from the cold-air discharge port 34. |
