PURPOSE: A voice compensation device differently adjusts a voice compensation according to a voice recognizing subject, amplifies a high sound over 1KHz, and thus allows the old person or deaf to hear a compensated sound. CONSTITUTION: A voice compensation device includes a switching selector(10), volume regulator(40), amplifier(50), and a speaker(60). The voice compensation device includes a voice compensation part(20) for compensating an external voice signal selected by the switching selector according to a control signal of a microcomputer. The microcomputer(30) controls the voice compensation part according to a user-selected voice level. Additional speaker(61) outputs a medium or high level sound of a compensated voice signal by the voice compensation part. Thereby, the voice compensation device allows the old person or deaf to hear a compensated sound.
