PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch health improving tool by which strong stretch exercises and a flexibility in a body are judged by an inclining footstool and also a pressure point on a sole is pressurized. SOLUTION: A base frame 1 and the footstool 4 are pivotally supported and connected, bearings 5 are disposed at the both front sides of the base frame 1, a U-shape crank (support bar) 6 is fitted to the bearings 5 so as to be rotatable and the free end of the bar 6 is fitted to a plurality of notches arranged at the rear side of the footstool 4 and adjusted to have a proper inclination angle. A non-slip 8 is arranged in the rear part of the base frame 1 and a buffer material 9 is adhered on its front surface so that heels do not ache. A crosspiece 10 for placing left and right foots in parallel is fitted in the center of the footstool 4.
