PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use simply and avoid connecting error and also avoid to remove a fluid collecting part by erroneous operation by mistake. SOLUTION: A device is composed of a pressure control part which controls suction pressure, a hollow fluid collecting part 5 and a fixing part which fixes the fluid collecting part. The fixing part is composed of a lower part fixing means 4 and an upper part fixing means which supports the upper part of the fluid collecting part and connects the pressure control part with the fluid correcting part so that gas flows. At least one of the upper fixing means and the lower part fixing means is slid toward front-to-back directions and the slidable fixing means is composed of a slidable member for fixation 10 and a torsional coil spring 11 which touches a spring receiving part for the member for fixation, thereby a fixing position and a posture of the fluid collecting part are restricted and connection between the pressure control part and the fluid collecting part can be connected from a front without mediating a tube- shaped connecting part which is exposed to an outside.
