The clutch disk (1) has a driver disk (5) with a friction facing (4a,4b), preferably on both sides and concentric to the driver. The friction facing is at least partially at a gap from the carrier (21). The friction facings are radially inwards on the sides towards the carrier, seen in cross section, and each with an opening (14,15) as peripheral steps. Each facing can be a ring, or a number of facing segments
