PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and inexpensive fixing technique for suitably fixing a bearing member without reference to variance in an interval between a pair of plate materials of a pedal arm when arranging the bearing member between the pair of plate materials so as to secure an insertion property of a connecting shaft.
SOLUTION: A first connection part connected to a fitting hole 32h is compressed from an axial direction and crimped to be fixed in one body while holding a peripheral edge of the fitting hole 32h between a crimped part 47 and an end face of a large-diameter cylindrical part 44, but a second connection part 48 connected to a fitting hole 34h is compressed from an axial direction to swell and deform toward an outer periphery, a part which is a predetermined dimension (g) away from the end face 54 of the large-diameter cylindrical part 44 is brought into contact with an inner wall surface of the fitting hole 34h to be fixed in one body. Even if an interval L varies, the variance is absorbed by change in a fixation position between the second connection part 48 and the fitting hole 34h, and a bearing member 40 can be fixed without causing a pedal arm 14 to deform.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
