摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from adhering to an impeller of a pyrolytic gas fan. <P>SOLUTION: A blow nozzle 21 facing the impeller is provided in the pyrolytic gas fan 15 on pyrolytic gas piping 14 for feeding pyrolytic gas 9 generated in a pyrolytic furnace 1 to the next process. The blow nozzle 21 is connected through blow air piping 25 with a solenoid valve 26 to an air header 23 connected to a compressor 24. An impeller blow device has a controller 30 for opening/closing the solenoid valve 26 based on signals from an inverter 28 for detecting rotation speed of the pyrolytic gas fan 15, a pressure sensor 27 of the air header 23, and a temperature sensor 29 on the pyrolytic gas piping 14 at a downstream side of the pyrolytic gas fan 15. Pressurized air 22 is intermittently jetted from the blow nozzle 21 by opening/closing of the solenoid valve 26 by the controller 30 to eliminate the dust adhering to the impeller of the pyrolytic gas fan 15. At this time, a blow air amount is controlled so that an oxygen concentration in the pyrolytic gas 9 becomes below a lower limit of a combustion concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
