<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-mode type radio communication circuit, capable of increasing chip area in a semiconductor integrated circuit and decreasing the number of pins. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-mode type radio communication circuit capable of selectively communicating at a plurality of frequency bands in WCDMA and GSM systems; a reception signal in a band 1 in the WCDMA system, a reception signal in a band 2 in the WCDMA system and in a PCS band in the GSM system, a reception signal in a band 3 in the WCDMA system and in a DCS band in the GSM system, and a reception signal in a GSM band in the GSM system are converted into respective I, Q signals by a first receiving circuit, a second, a third, and a fourth circuits, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
