<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry system provided with a means for informing the position of an electronic key in a cabin when a key confinement preventing function is operated. <P>SOLUTION: To detect the position of the electronic key existing in the cabin, a receiving antenna of a transceiver provided at a key determining device is provided in a position not equal in distance from each seat in the cabin, and a key position detector is provided for detecting the position of the electronic key from the receiving level of the receiving antenna.
