摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode irradiating white output light using a fluorescent phosphorescence material having high luminance efficiency and good optical output stability, and to provide its light emitting method. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a light source (102) irradiating a first light having a first peak wavelength in a visible wavelength range, and wavelength transition regions (116; 210A, 216B; 216C) coupled optically with the light source and receiving the first light.
